TRANSFER ZONE - August 26th 2015

• Chelsea are confident about completing a monster deal to bring French star Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge before the end of the transfer window. In another development, the Blues have been given a boost in their chase for Everton defender, John Stones after the 21-year-old centre-back handed in a transfer request to quit Goodison Park. Consequently, Chelsea are set to offer a final bid in the region of £35 million, In another story, Chelsea have also lined up Argentine defender Ezequiel Garay as an option if they fail to land John Stones before the end of this transfer window.

• Arsenal are hoping to complete the deal to bring PSG striker Edinson Cavani to the Emirates stadium this summer after missing out on Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema. In another development, Arsenal and Liverpool are in the race for the signature of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jakub Blaszczykowski who is valued at £10 million. 

• Tottenham have been asked to cough out £25 million for West Brom forward Saido Berahino. The Baggies have rejected £21 million bid from the White Hart Club for the 22-year-old attacker. TRANSFER ZONE - 24th August 2015

• Premier League Champions, Chelsea have made a fresh move for Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane. The Stamford Bridge club are still poised to sign Everton defender John Stones and would offer another bid for the 21-year-old in the region of £40 million in the coming days. In another development, Juventus are set to complete the signing of Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on a season-long loan deal. Chelsea have also completed the £6.7 million signing of Brazilian starlet Robert Kenedy from Fluminense. The 19-year-old was part of the Blues' pre-season tour to North America and will wear No. 16 shirt at the club this season. 

• Manchester United are confident about making a marquee signing before the end of the transfer window. • Tottenham are close to the £20 million signing of West Brom forward Saido Berahino after the 22-year old forward was left out of the squad that lost to Chelsea yesterday. 

• Italian clubside AC Milan are set to sign former forward Mario Balotelli on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool.  

TRANSFER ZONE - 21st August 2015

• Chelsea have lined up a £100 million swoop for French superstar Paul Pogba and Everton defender John Stones. The Stamford Bridge club are ready to splash £60 million to covet Paul Pogba from Juventus and also improve their bid to £40 million to land John Stones. The 21-year-old English defender is set to hand in a transfer request to force a move to Stamford Bridge. In a similar development, the Premier League Champions have announced the signing of Spanish forward Pedro Rodriguez from Barcelona on a four-year deal. 

• Manchester United Boss, Louis van Gaal believes the club need to sign Real Madrid and Welsh wing wizard Gareth Bale to transform the team to title contenders this season. The Old Trafford club have tabled a £15 million bid for Senegalese forward Saido Mane which has been rejected. Southampton are holding out for £25 million for the 23-year-old attacker. • Manchester City have completed the £32 million signing of Nicolas Otamendi from Valencia on a five-year-deal. The Argentine defender will wear shirt no.30 at the club this season. • Arsenal are confident about landing French striker Karim Benzema. Reports earlier claimed that Real Madrid have received a bid in the region of £46.4 million for the 27-year-old striker.

TRANSFER ZONE - 19th August 2015

• Chelsea are set to hijack Manchester United's bid for Barcelona forward Pedro Rodriguez. The Club are in talks with Lyon over the signing of £21 million-rated forward Alexandre Lacazette. In a related development, Everton have rejected Chelsea's £30 million bid for England defender, John Stones, holding out for £40 million. Athletico Madrid winger, Antoine Griezmann has also been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge. The Stamford Bridge club is expected to sign up the 21-year-old Ghanaian on a five-year deal. In another development, Turkish club Galatasaray have rejected Chelsea's £5 million bid for Brazilian left-back Alex Telles.

• German Champions, Bayern Munich have launched a £28 million bid for Chilean and Juventus forward Arturo Vidal. The Allianz Arena club are keen to replace Bastian Schweinsteiger who recently joined Manchester United.

• French club, Olympique Lyon have slapped a £35 million price tag on Arsenal and Liverpool target Alexandre Lacazette.

• Newcastle United are expected to make a £15 million move for QPR striker Charlie Austin.

• Manchester City have completed the £49 million signing of Raheem Sterling from Liverpool on a five-year-deal. The 20-year-old England forward will wear shirt No. 7 at the club next season. The Etihad club are also set to launch a £40 million swoop for Wolfsburg playmaker Kevin De Bruyne. In a similar development, the Club are also weighing up a move for Everton midfielder, James McCarthy.  

• Manchester United would welcome a swap deal involving Angel Di Maria and Edinson Cavani which would see both players move in opposite direction. In another story, the Old Trafford Club are ready to make a big money offer for Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski. • Manchester City have agreed a £49 million deal with Liverpool for the transfer of England forward Raheem Sterling. The deal will make the 20-year old winger the third most expensive premier league signing. In another development, the Etihad club have rejected Roma's £14 million bid for striker Edin Dzeko, holding out for £20 million.

• Manchester United are on the verge of completing a triple transfer swoop worth £52 million. The Old Trafford club are set to complete the signings of Southampton's midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin for £25 million and German mercurial midfielder Bastian Schweinsteigger for £14 million. Both players have completed medicals and agreed personal terms with the club. The Red devils have earlier completed the £13 million signing of Italian wing-back Matteo Darmian. In a related development, the club are stepping up efforts to sign Benfica midfielder Nicolas Gaitan.

•  Liverpool are now set to launch a swoop for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke after selling Raheem Sterling to Manchester City. • Premier League Champions, Chelsea are set to make an £8 million improved offer for Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.
