- Manchester United's move for Spanish defender Sergio Ramos could be back on. Reports in Spain suggest that Real Madrid are unwilling to meet the 29-year-old contract demands. In another development, Manchester United are unwilling to meet the £23 million buy-out clause for Barcelona midfielder Pedro Rodriguez. In another story, Argentine winger, Angel Di Maria has completed a £44 million move to French champions PSG and will wear shirt No. 11 at the club this season.
- Manchester City are confident about landing Wolfsburg play maker Kevin De Bruyne this summer. The 24-year-old Belgian forward has been slapped a price tag of £50 million. In another development, Uruguayan defender Diego Godin has turned down the chance to join Manchester City and has signed a new four-year deal with Atletico Madrid.
