- Arsenal are set to make a move for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko. Boss, Arsene Wenger is keen to boost his attacking options ahead of the new season. In another development, the Emirate club have been told that target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not for sale. In another development, Dutch Club Ajax are interested in signing goalkeeper Wolciech Szczesny.
- Liverpool have agreed a deal with Aston Villa for the transfer of Belgian striker Christian Benteke. The 24-year-old forward is set to undergo a medical at Anfield ahead of a proposed switch. In another development, the Reds are set to launch a £13.8 million for Real Madrid midfielder Asier Illarramendi and Bayern Munich forward Mario Gotze.
- Manchester United are convinced that goalkeeper David de Gea will not leave the club next season after Real Madrid handed the No.1 shirt to Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas. The Old Trafford club have also lined up Argentine goalkeeper Sergio Romero as a replacement for Victor Valdes.
