Stoke City's Charlie Adam could feature after undergoing stitches from a cut in training. Midfielder Stephen Ireland and Forward Mark Arnautovic are pushing for a start.

David Silva is expected to return to the squad after recovering from a thigh injury. Right-back Micah Richards will be pushing for a start while Gael Clichy and Martin Demichelis are still sidelined.
Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand are set to pair in the Manchester United defence. Rafael, Danny Welbeck, Phil Jones and Nani will all be pushing for a start.
