  • Chelsea have reportedly made a £60 million move for Real Madrid reject James Rodriguez. In a similar development, the club have also lined up a move for Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic. The Stamford Bridge club have turned their attention to the Croatian International after giving up on signing Romelu Lukaku. New club boss, Antonio Conte is weighing up a move for another Juventus star Giorgio Chielllini with a view to fortifying his defensive options ahead of the new season. 

  • Arsenal have turned their attention to Porto forward Yacine Brahimi valued at £40 million after missing out on Riyad Mahrez. In another development, Arsenal have been asked to include Alexis Sanchez in the deal to land defender Jose Gimenez.

  • Manchester United have lined up a move for Southampton defender Jose Fonte. In other news, Marouane Fellaini is set to be offered a new two-year deal at the club.
