• Manchester United are set to hijack Chelsea's bid for Everton defender, John Stones and are willing to include Jonny Evans in the deal. Valencia defender, Nicolas Otamendi is also a target. • French Champions PSG are on the verge of completing the £52 million signing of Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria. Reports suggests that a deal to sign the Argentine forward is nearly complete.  

• Chelsea have confirmed the £15 million sale of Brazilian defender Filipe Luis back to Atletico Madrid. The 29-year-old defender has struggled to displace Cesar Azpilicueta at the left-back position at Stamford Bridge. In a related development, Egyptian winger Mohammed Salah is set to complete a loan move to Roma with an option of a permanent deal.

• Arsenal are set to table a second bid for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema after their intial £31 million bid was rejected.
