TRANSFER ZONE - 8th June 2015



  • Arsenal have ended their interest in Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin. The club are not willing to cough out £25 million asking price for the French midfielder. In another development, the Emirates Club are set to sanction the sale of Costa Rican forward Joe Campbell valued at £6 million to Spanish club Real Sociedad this summer.

  • Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has revealed that Boss Louis van Gaal will spend £200 million to bring in new players to the club this summer. The Dutch striker could join Italian Champions Juventus in a £5 million move this summer. Moreso, Manchester United are set to hijack Chelsea's move for Lazio and Brazilian star Felipe Anderson. In another development, the club are set to launch a £30 million bid for Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema.

  • Liverpool have agreed a deal with Inter Milan for the signing of Mateo Kovacic. The Anfield club are also interested in Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti valued at £11 million. The club are still in the race for the signature of Crystal Palace £30 million-rated mercurial winger Yannick Bolasie. 

  • Chelsea Manager, Jose Mourinho has revealed that Colombian striker Radamel Falcao is one out of the five targets to replace Ivorian striker Didier Drogba. In another development, French forward Loic Remy is attracting interest from Swansea and Crystal Palace after his debut season with the Blues.

  • European Champions, Barcelona have agreed a £7.5 million deal for the signing of Sevilla versatile winger Aleix Vidal. The 25-year-old Spaniard is a replacement for departing right back Dani Alves.  

  • Newcastle United have been asked to cough out £15 million for QPR striker Charlie Austin. The England forward is also a target for a host of Premier league clubs including Southampton, Aston Villa and West Ham United. 

  • West Ham United have slapped a £30 million price tag on Ecuadorian and Sampdoria target Enner Valencia. The 25-year-old forward has also been linked with a move to Premier League Champions, Chelsea.
