- Liverpool have rejected a £30 million bid from Manchester City for England winger Raheem Sterling. The Anfield club wants £60 million for the 20-year-old forward. In another development, Liverpool have made an improved £6 million compensation offer to Burnley for England forward, Danny Ings, but the Turf Moor club are holding out for £10 million. Moreso, Liverpool have also joined Chelsea in the race to sign Colombian striker Radamel Falcao.
- Manchester United have agreed a £13 million move for Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino. The Old Trafford club are set to launch an audacious move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane as a possible replacement for Radamel Falcao. In another development, Manchester United have slapped a £35 million price tag on first choice goalkeeper and Real Madrid target David de Gea. Mexican striker Javier Hernandez is attracting interest from Italian club, Inter Milan. The San Siro club are preparing an £8 million move for the 27-year-old forward.
- Italian side AC Milan have made an £18 million move for Porto striker and Arsenal target Jackson Martinez. The San Siro club have also lined up a move for another Arsenal target and Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
- Manchester City Chairman Khaldoon Al-Mubarak has revealed that the club is set to spend big this summer. The Etihad club have been linked with big money moves for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, Wolfsburg playmaker Kevin De Bruyne and Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling. In another development, England full-back, Micah Richards has agreed to join Aston Villa after his contract expired with the Etihad Club.
- Newcastle United are set to complete the signing of QPR striker Charlie Austin. The St.James' Park club are also lining up a move for West Brom forward Saido Berahino. In a related development, New Boss, Steve McClaren is preparing a deal to bring West Ham striker Andy Carroll back to the club.
