• Arsenal have reignited their interest in signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho. The North London club are willing to make a fresh bid in the region of £20 million for the 22 year-old midfielder who has revealed his desperate desire to move to the Premier league. 

• Chelsea are set to step up their bid to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus and allow Andre Schurrle to move in the opposite direction. 

• Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic has completed a loan move to German club Schalke 04.

• Arsenal forward Yaya Sanogo is set to complete a loan switch to Crystal Palace. Boss Arsene Wenger also want to seal the £3.5 million signing of Legia Warsaw midfielder Krystian Bielik.

• Juventus have expressed their interest in signing struggling Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli this transfer window.

• Manchester United are weighing up a £25 million move for Atletic Bilbao defender Aymeric Laporte.

• Liverpool have announced that Moroccan forward Oussama Assaidi has completed a switch to Dubai club Al Ahli for an undisclosed fee.
