• Manchester United have lined up a move for Roma defender Mehdi Benatia. 

• Liverpool and Arsenal are interested in a move for Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani. Both Premier League clubs have firmed up their interest in the PSG striker which is likely to start a bidding war.  

• Arsenal are interested in signing France U-21 and PSG starlet Adrien Rabiot.

• Manchester United are also close to completing the signing of Fiorentina midfielder Juan Cuadrado after agreeing to meet the £36 million valuation of the Colombian forward.

• Everton have lined up a loan move for Chelsea winger Christian Atsu.

• Real Madrid are willing to listen to offers for Arsenal target Sami Khedira rather than losing him on a free transfer next summer.

• Dutch midfielder Daley Blind is set to quit Ajax Amsterdam with Manchester United being touted as a possible destination.

• Arsenal have confirmed that they have received a bid from Manchester United for Belgian defender Thomas Vermaelen. Arsene Wenger is willing to sell the skipper to Barcelona rather strengthen a rival.

• Liverpool have ended their interest in PSG and Argentine forward Ezequiel Lavezzi due to wage demands.
