- Chelsea have completed the signing of Dutch midfielder Marco van Ginkel on a five-year deal. The Club intends to groom the 20-year old star as a replacement for Frank Lampard within the next 18 months.
- Napoli Manager Rafa Benitez has lined up Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko to replace PSG-bound Edinson Cavani.
- Arsenal are facing a fight in their bid to sign Gonzalo Higuain after reports in Spain suggested that Real Madrid are holding out for a bigger fee for the Argentine forward.
- Liverpool target Henrikh Mkhitaryan is set to undergo a medical at German club Borussia Dortmund ahead of a £21 million switch.
- Tottenham have been asked to cough out £25 million in order to land Valencia striker Roberto Soldado.
