• Colombia and Monaco striker Radamel Falcao has agreed personal terms to join Spanish giants Real Madrid. The deal is expected to be announced shortly after the World Cup.

• Liverpool are convinced that star striker Luis Suarez will not leave the club despite reported interests from Barcelona and Real Madrid. Barcelona hope to include Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez as part of the deal to land the Uruguayan hitman.

•  Manchester United are set to re-ignite their interest in Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera.The club have also returned with an improved £34 million bid to land Southampton left-back Luke Shaw, after their initial £27 million bid was rejected.

• Arsenal are willing to accept bids in the region of £12 million for Belgium defender Thomas Vermaelen after rejecting initial £6 million bid from Manchester United.

• Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has agreed personal terms to join Queens Park Rangers.

•  AC Milan have lined up Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o as a possible replacement for departing Italian striker Mario Balotelli.

• Manchester United are ready to increase their £30 million bid for Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira.

• Inter Milan are lining up a £12 million bid for Manchester United winger Nani.

• West Bromwich Albion are interested in a move for Chelsea and Nigerian winger Victor Moses.

• Sunderland want Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma on a season-long-loan.
